The Incredible Years (IY) is an evidence-based parenting program for parents, children, and caregivers that is supported by more than 30 years of research. The goal of IY is to prevent and treat young children's behavior problems and promote their social, emotional, and academic competence. The programs are used worldwide in schools and mental health centers and have been shown to work across cultures and socioeconomic groups. This is a 14-week course is offered once or twice each year. A meal and childcare are provided at no cost for all participants.
